(Since April 12, 2017, integrated ticket for excavations and exhibitions ( "Picasso and NaplesParade" and "Pompeii and Greeks") full price 13 euro (11 euro entrance excavation + 2 extra for exhibitions) reduced price 7.50 euro (5.50 entrance excavation + 2 EUR extra for exhibitions) cumulative 22 EUR (20 EUR entrance excavations + 2 extra for exhibitions. At the end of the exhibition the full ticket price will be 13,00 euro).

Guided tours 
Guided tours are held only by tour guides certified by the Region of Campania, who are identifiable through official badges. To book a guided tour visit either the Information desk at the entrance of Porta Marina, or the office in Piazza Esedera, open from 9 to 14.
Limited Mobility 
From the entrance in Piazza Anfiteatro there is a facilitated access for visitors with limited mobility, through which the eastern area of the site can be visited, where the entertainment are of the city was concentrated. By spring 2016 a new path throughout the whole city will be ready, allowing all visitors to access the most important buildings of the site. Entrance will still be from Piazza Anfiteatro.
Animals 
Big dogs are not allowed within the archaeological area. Animals who are permitted to enter the site need to be held with a leash, and taken in the arms of their owners when entering the buildings. In case visitors ran into animals who are alone, please do not approach them.
