A partnership model inspired by the most innovative international practices, involving a pool of leading companies in their sectors. A board of members that will support the management of the
cultural site in the selection of strategic development and conservation projects.

The partnership will provide financial support but will also the involve the member companies, together with the Director General, in the annual selection from the three-year programme, the
projects to be supported in the field of conservation, maintenance and development.

The operational arm of the new collaborative model will be called the ‘Pompeii Partnership Board’, whose members will be able to recommend strategies and actions related to fundraising, socioeconomic sustainability of the area, communication of the supported projects as well as proposing community engagement initiatives.
