According to the provisions of Art. 151 paragraph 3 of the Code of Public Contracts, we can together build the proposal of cultural sponsorship through special forms of partnership with public bodies and organisation, as well as with private entities, which aim to facilitate the recovery, restoration, planned maintenance, management, opening to public access and the valorisation of immovable cultural heritage, via simplified procedures of identifying private partners.

According to its Statue, “The Archaeological Park of Pompeii is at the service of society, its development and all of its needs and prospects”.

As a result the Partnership, being a tool by which the actions of two different entities align as if they belonged to a single unit, seems to be the instrument which is most compliant with the achievement of multiple objectives which above all aim at the development of society.

The Archaeological Park of Pompeii includes numerous Sites of exceptional archaeological, landscape and historical-artistic interest, which you may consult on the website. For several of them, requalification and valorisation interventions are being planned, for which we intend to activate special forms of partnerships.
