We are pleased to inform you that the Archaeological Park of Pompeii is organizing, under the coordination of arch. Arianna Spinosa, Eng. Vincenzo Calvanese and Dr. Stefania Giudice, the first workshop "Questioni di bottega" on restoration, monitoring and maintenance in order to share and disseminate operational methods and practices.
The meeting on 05/18/2023 is aimed at presenting the many ongoing heritage protection/care activities that the Park implements through interventions ranging from the scale of the archaeological fragment to that of the entire Pompeian territory.
The format of the workshop includes the comparison of very different sites, giving space to "workshop" issues strongly determined by an experience conducted directly in the field whose results have, very often, relevant theoretical and scientific implications.
